What is NYMB Events?
Mike + Amanda's 1964 Shasta Camper was lovingly converted into a mobile venue! We kick the fun up a few notches with themed decor, taps pouring from the window of the camper, a photo booth lounge and craft-made tap cocktails! The NYMB experience will surprise your guests and leave them walking away with lasting memories.
What's the vibe?
We are a classy , down-to-earth, adventure-seeking, let the good times roll kind of group. We welcome all people who love to have fun
Where do you travel?
Our camper loves to wander but we are proud Oyster Bay, NY locals. All travel within the Oyster Bay Township is included in our pricing. Otherwise, we add a small travel fee to account for wear and tear on our old lil vintage beauty.
Where can the camper be setup?
We require the camper is setup on flat land. We will need a clear pathway in and out for setup and breakdown. The Shasta Camper without its tow vehicle is 15' x 7' (length x width).
Do you have a liquor license?
Nope! Per state law, our services do not require a liquor license. However, when we party at fairs, we always obtain the necessary permits.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we do! We can provide you a copy of it when needed.
How do we choose what's on tap?
We help you order the proper booze for the Shasta taps. From soda to beer, to margaritas and sparkling wine, we have you covered!
Based on your final headcount, amount of hours and type of event, we will help you determine the amount of kegs (or bottles) necessary and coordinate the purchase and delivery.
Does NYMB need electricity?
Yes, we always bring multiple extension cords and ask that there is an electrical unit within 50' of setup.
What if I don't want taps and just the Photo Booth?
We customize all packages from camper-rental-only to the full service camper decor, taps, photobooth and cocktail service.
After our first consultation call, we will send you a fully curated party package dedicated to your event!
Wait, you're a Photo Booth too?
We aren't just any ordinary Photo Booth. Our Photo Booth lounge is designed with state of the art photographer-grade equipment inside an authentically vintage camper!
How much does this cost?
We are an accessory to your event and an investment for an experience and memories-- one that you and your guests will reminisce for years to come. With that being said, a lot of time and love goes into preparing and executing each curated experience. Our rate reflects the details of your curated experience and starts at $775
